How orders work
From room sizes to a working system.
Four steps, the same on every order, whether it is one bedroom or a whole house.
Size the rooms
Enter each room in the system builder. Size, ceiling height, insulation and sun become a load for every room.
Pick an approved system
You only see combinations Cooper & Hunter approves.
We check it
A person checks the pairing, prices the system and follows up. No card is charged online.
It ships
Every system ships to all 50 states. If anything arrives damaged, we handle the claim.
