What the tier includes
The same store, at your price.
Nothing is held back for a trade portal. You use the same catalog and the same builder, and your quotes come back at your tier.
Trade tier on every unit
Outdoor units, heads and air handlers. The label on the quote says which tier you are seeing.
Approved pairings, quoted
The builder sizes the rooms and only shows Cooper & Hunter-approved combinations, quoted as a system.
Quotes that hold
An emailed quote keeps its prices for 30 days when you order by phone with the quote number. It stays on your account, so a job can be ordered from it later.
A person for the odd job
Vaulted rooms, long line runs and unusual layouts: call and we size it by hand.
Damage handled
If something arrives damaged, we handle the claim.

Orders, quotes and invoices for every job sit on one account you can look up any time.

Several systems or a job site?
Multi-system and job-site orders are arranged per account. Tell us the job and we put the details in writing before the first order.
