All sales are final. Size it right first.

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for a refund. There is no restocking fee because there is no return: please make sure the size, voltage, refrigerant and pairing are right before you confirm. We check the pairing on every order and will call if something does not add up.

The system builder sizes each room and only shows manufacturer-approved combinations. The sizing guide explains the rules. If the house is unusual, call and we size it by hand and put the recommendation in writing on the quote.

If anything arrives damaged, call us the same day with photos. We handle the claim and get a replacement moving; that is a claim, not a return, and it is on us.

A unit that fails is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Call with the model and serial number; we open the claim with the manufacturer and send the covered parts to you or your technician.
