Yes. TLCool HVAC Systems is an authorized dealer for Cooper & Hunter. Every unit is new, in the manufacturer's packaging, with the factory warranty.

The outdoor unit and the indoor unit(s). Line sets, wall brackets or pads, disconnects and covers are not sold on the site right now; call and we quote the lengths and parts your install needs with your order.

The current Cooper & Hunter lineup uses R454B. Refrigerants are not interchangeable, so match any existing line set or equipment you plan to reuse.

Mounting, wiring and running the line set are within reach of a capable DIYer. The refrigerant connection, vacuum and charge should be done by a licensed HVAC technician in most states, and most warranties require it. We can point you to an installer in your area.

Use the system builder: enter the rooms and it sizes each one and shows only manufacturer-approved combinations. For vaulted ceilings, sunrooms or very old houses, call and we will size it by hand.

Yes. Every system ships to all 50 states.

Not at this time. Orders are paid by the options listed on the invoice a person sends after reviewing your order.

No. All sales are final, so size it right first: the builder and the sizing guide are free, and a person confirms the pairing on every order. If anything arrives damaged, we handle the claim for you, and defects are covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Often, and they can be large. Utility and state programs change by ZIP code; the rebate finder on each outdoor unit's page shows what was on offer for your area, and the rebates page lists the states with the biggest programs.
